Welcome to the Sierra Veterinary Specialists DVM log in page. By entering your user name and password below, you can refer new patients, access the current status on your referred patients and conveniently communicate with us via the internet.
Instructions:
- Enter your Doctor ID and Password below and select Doctor Login. If you are not already registered, please select Create New Referring DVM Account.
- Once logged in, select Patient and Create Patient.
Under Option, select either Consultation if patient is being referred
for a consultation only, or Referral if the patient is being referred
for treatment. Enter the remaining applicable new patient referral
information. Select Save.
- Select Patient and Patient Referral Data to the
far right of the patient’s name. Select Create Case, enter the
applicable case information and select Save & Email.
- To edit existing patient information: Once logged
in, select Patient and Edit to the far right of the patient’s name.
Make the applicable changes and select Save.
- To update your information: Once logged in, select Referring DVM, make the applicable changes and select Save.
