Michael Dearmin, DVM, DACVS
American College of Veterinary Surgeons Board Certified Small Animal Surgeon
Dr. Dearmin is experienced in all areas of small animal surgery, including soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, canine arthritis and total joint replacement. In addition, he has given presentations at national and veterinary medical conferences. He has also been a speaker at local CE events, and has published articles on topics such as Surgical and Traumatic Wound Infections, and The Effect of Stem Length on Femoral Component Positioning in Canine Total Hip Arthroplasty.
He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of California at Davis and completed his residency training in surgery at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, which is renowned for its expertise and leadership in minimally invasive soft tissue surgery and orthopedic surgery.
